DeepSeek Harness Site Controller: Unified Management of Web Service Lifecycle and SSH Deployment

`dsh-wei-sitecontrol` is a site controller plugin for DeepSeek Harness, designed to address the registration of multiple web sites and HTTP services, Git operations, and remote deployment over SSH. Built on the pure JS libraries `isomorphic-git` and `ssh2`, it provides a sidebar management panel, system monitoring, description-driven provisioning, scheduled publishing, release mode with rollback, and a key vault. Installation requires registering the package, configuring a Profile, and registering the skill. Data is stored in `$DSH_HOME/storages/dsh-wei-sitecontrol/`; only key fingerprints are stored, and the built-in SSH client does not support keys in PKCS#8 format.
